Zest Wellbeing and Hypnotherapy is the name of my practice where I offer hypnotherapy and wellbeing sessions in a supportive positive way. I am based in Norwich, Norfolk, with face-to-face and online sessions.

Hypnotherapy is a timely and cost-effective approach to helping you help yourself with the change you want to make. Whether that is about stopping smoking, anxiety, developing confidence and self-esteem, sleeping problems or phobias and fears, I will respond in an honest, open way.

121 coaching sessions online

121 sessions are delivered face-to-face online, ranging from confidence boosting, motivation building, creativity, unblocking the block.
All 121 sessions are just £25 each during this time of lockdown and the corona pandemic.

Small group workshops online

Small group sessions can be helpful when discussing ideas and bouncing them off of each other. I remind all participants that small group sessions are safe online spaces and free of judgement.
