I’ve witnessed, experienced and engaged with people by supporting them through tough times or even times when we just need a smile and that boost that gives us the twinkle back in our eyes.
I’ve called it Zest Wellbeing, to quote someone dear to me who explained that they’ve found the zest in their life once more. I’ve been working with creativity and wellbeing programmes for 15 years.
My approach is relaxed and reassuring and I will keep you updated of progress made and I will always discuss your treatment plan with you before anything begins.
A qualified hypnotherapist
I am a qualified hypnotherapist (Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills; Cert Hyp CS) and a registrant member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and on the accredited register of the Professional Standards Authority. This means I am a registered hypnotherapist and a member of the national society which only registered fully qualified and insured therapists. I keep my practice up-to-date with guidelines and best practice and work under the Code of Ethics of the National Hypnotherapy Society.
When seeking treatment and help from any type of therapist, it is important that they are suitably qualified and belong to a recognised body to oversee their practice. By being a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, it’s assurance for clients I am safe, competent and ethical in my approach.
