Men’s Health

Studies and stats show that men are more reluctant to reach out for help or talk about their feelings. I have been part of various campaigns to increase the profile of wellbeing initiatives particularly amongst men and I always offer a confidential, friendly non-judgemental session.

Coming to counselling is often the first step in your journey for positive change. I have added this page detailing men’s health, with personal matters in mind such as:

Counselling can help you cope with life events, traumatic experiences, depression or stress and explore how you can deal with complex emotions. The key part is here is don’t wait until it’s reached crisis point!

Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
Counselling and support can help increase confidence, self-esteem or other lifestyle factors that could be contributing towards your ED. Relationships, communication, work-life balance or maintaining a healthy lifestyle can all be addressed in sessions.
