Counselling

As a counsellor, I will ensure a compassionate and non-judgemental environment for you to share your situation. You do not have to cope with the challenges of life alone. I will always be open, empathic and genuine with you at all times.

Coming to counselling is often the first step in your journey for positive change. There are different ways we can approach sessions; from different approaches to therapy and finding a way that is right for you. Everyone is different and therefore, with my pluralistic approach, we can explore different ways that are right by you, guided by how you are each session.

I am proud to offer a discounted rate for sessions if you are a key worker or if you have been referred for therapy by Mates in Mind or another similar organisation.

Sessions can take place in Norwich or North Walsham. I also offer online sessions if you live further afield.

I assure complete confidentiality and respect for all my clients. I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of The National Counselling Society. This means I have agreed to abide by a strict Code of Ethics and principles as a professional. You can find out more about me and my qualifications and experience on my About page. Read more

Cost of sessions and low-cost availability

Sessions are 50 minutes long at £50 per session.
Payment is required in advance of your session.

I would like to help and support as many people as I can, and if you think therapy would help but would find the cost challenging, please contact me to enquire about low cost counselling at a lower cost. I offer a limited number of sessions each week at the low cost option.

How to book your session
Telephone, email or message me using my contact page and I will call your back to have a quick chat (free consultation) about what you would like help with. We can then book in your first session. Payment must be made in advance of the session, by card (online or over the phone) or by bank transfer.
At your first session I will talk through the therapist-client agreement and you can ask any questions about the process along the way.
