A calm start to the day with breathing, relaxation and thought for the day. All are welcome to try something new to start the day in a different way.

Sessions are run by Joseph Ballard (Level 3 Cert Hyp CS).

Sometimes taking a moment of stillness, focusing on our breathing, can help relax us and reenergise the mind ready for the day ahead. At the moment some of us may feel out of balance or out-of-sorts about what each day brings. Let’s feel connected by trying a new morning routine of 15 minutes together.

Don’t worry if you’ve never done anything like this before – most people will be in the same boat. All sessions are free of judgement and full of support and smiles!
